  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be retained

2. Return Request Timeframe

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 07 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timing

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 07 to10 business days to reflect in your account

4. Exchange Options

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product
  • An exchange for another size (subject to availability)

Exchange requests must be made within the same 07 days return window.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a printing/manufacturing defect:

  • Please notify us within 03 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom or personalised products (if applicable)

We strongly encourage customers to review size charts carefully before placing an order.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges

Return instructions will be provided via email after your request is approved.
